Les op\u00e9rateurs proposent des forfaits et des aides \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;un mobile, c&rsquo;est pratique mais une fois pass\u00e9e la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;engagement, vous pouvez changer de r\u00e9seau. Seulement, les smartphones vendus par les op\u00e9rateurs sont simlock\u00e9s. On vous explique comment faire \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #91be21;\">D\u00e9simlockage, qu\u00e8saco ?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mais qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela veut dire ? Non, ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment un jargon technique. C&rsquo;est simplement le fait que chaque <strong>op\u00e9rateur \u00ab\u00a0bloque\u00a0\u00bb le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour son r\u00e9seau uniquement<\/strong>. Quand vous achetez un smartphone chez Orange, il est simlock\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau Orange, idem chez SFR, Bouygues ou Free.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous achetez un smartphone directement chez un revendeur officiel ou une boutique, il sera d\u00e9simlock\u00e9. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;il sera <strong>libre de tout op\u00e9rateur<\/strong>. Mais vous n&rsquo;avez pas ou moins de facilit\u00e9 de paiement comme chez un op\u00e9rateur qui \u00e9tale les mensualit\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps que votre forfait.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de changer d&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, il faudra donc le d\u00e9simlocker. Vous pourrez le constater en ins\u00e9rant une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosav.fr\/blog\/actu\/quelle-carte-sim-pour-votre-smartphone.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carte SIM<\/a> d&rsquo;un autre op\u00e9rateur. Un message d&rsquo;alerte s&rsquo;affichera au moment de d\u00e9verrouiller votre smartphone. Ou vous n&rsquo;aurez tout simplement aucun r\u00e9seau. En revanche, si le mobile vous r\u00e9clame le code PIN comme d&rsquo;habitude, alors cela signifie qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas bloqu\u00e9 op\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #91be21;\">Comment d\u00e9simlocker mon smartphone ?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9simlockage de son smartphone est <strong>gratuit<\/strong>\u00a0et est un droit que votre <strong>op\u00e9rateur ne peut vous refuser<\/strong>. La proc\u00e9dure est tout \u00e0 fait l\u00e9gale et encadr\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ARCEP afin de pouvoir faire jouer la concurrence. Cependant, pour d\u00e9simlocker votre mobile, vous devez respecter quelques r\u00e8gles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Avoir <strong>fini de payer<\/strong> votre smartphone aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Ne plus \u00eatre engag\u00e9 ou avoir <strong>souscrit \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre de votre op\u00e9rateur depuis au moins 6 mois<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous faites la demande de d\u00e9simlockage avant la p\u00e9riode de 6 mois, votre op\u00e9rateur peut vous demander une centaine d&rsquo;euros pour l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Bon, et maintenant comment faire ? Il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 conna\u00eetre votre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosav.fr\/blog\/astuces\/connaitre-numero-imei-smartphone.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">num\u00e9ro IMEI<\/a> <\/strong>en tapant notamment <em>*#06#<\/em> sur votre clavier d&rsquo;appel.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudra ensuite vous rendre sur le <strong>site de votre op\u00e9rateur<\/strong> et vous <strong>connecter \u00e0 votre compte<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette option. Vous avez \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner \u00e0 votre service client pour enclencher la proc\u00e9dure. Votre op\u00e9rateur va alors vous transmettre un code afin de confirmer et valider le d\u00e9simlockage de votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
